    The CEO of a transportive wedding & events space expanded into a secondary venue. We worked with the iconic original venue to integrate operations at the new property during peak wedding season. Our work provided increased capacity & flexibility within the business, while maintaining the premium brand experience.

    The founder received a USDA grant to realize his ‘seed to sauce’ concept. We distilled his vision into a transformative rebrand, packaging, website, digital marketing & expanded product SKU strategy in collaboration with international artists.

    A women-owned, community-oriented cannabis startup with an art-forward marketing approach needed support diversifying revenue. We identified potential verticals and launched Lady Jays while the CEO took maternity leave.

    This sexual wellness product was unlike anything else in the cannabis market. Working with the creators, we managed the designers & co-packers through compliance, secured distributors, and educated both sales teams & consumers to ensure success.
